“Secrets To Overcoming Customer Objections!...
...using Ethical Weapons Of Persuasion
Introduction:
Have you ever knocked a door and heard a customer say "I think solar is ugly" or "I've looked at solar and it just didn't make sense."
I've run into tons of these types of objections which used to lead to no sale.
What I realized is most people have some sort of false belief that makes them feel that way. Once I discovered the below framework, I learned how to turn those types of people into customers and added hundreds of thousands of revenue to my company.

Through much pain I discovered it is easiest to agree with the customer and then tell them things "changed because".
Now that might seem simple, but it took me out of arguing with a client into seeing it through their eyes and then suggesting we fixed the problem they identified.
For example, if a client says "I hate the look of solar." I usually say "Yah, we ran into that a lot. In the beginning we used to use blue solar panels and customers didn't like that. Then we started using black panels with a background. It kind of looked like a checkerboard. That was better but clients still didn't like it. Now we just use all black panels and customers like that."
The secret word to use is "because". It justifies why things changed.
Once I align with the clients, tell them things changed, I do a trial close. It's a simple pull back that gets a "yes" confirmation and then I advance the sale.
